I can't think of any reason that there are no TP scrolls in LoL. Yeah sure, LoL isn't Dota but having TP scrolls would allow for more champs to be more viable in lanes as there would be more instant support.

It also allows for more interesting play and increases the skill threshold of the game. I fail to see any reason you would not include them in the game unless you wanted the game to be more boring and less skillful.

Having them in would in turn make the game less skillful because lanes could easily just TP all over the map and make 3v1 ganks very easy to pull off, without any consequence because people could just TP back to their lane. Also, deciding when to go back to the shop while in lane is important because you could either lose a tower by going back at the wrong time or take one because their lane left and you were pushing.

There's a Summoner power that does exactly this.

How does everyone having the power to TP over the map make it less skillful? you can only TP to buildings in DotA so you can defend but it wouldn't call that ganking, I mean you can see it coming ...

TP scrolls cost money remember and they have a cooldown in DotA. Also if you introduced scrolls you would obviously get rid of recall.

The idea that adding more variables to a game makes it less skillful is just so obviously wrong. It creates more variation and thus it makes it harder. Think about it.

Saying there is a Summoner Spell is irrelevant because its not the same as if they introduced TP scrolls. The mechanics are totally different. You can use TP scrolls often not once every few minutes.

League isn't DotA. It will never be DotA. Stop trying to make League DotA.

Wanna play dota? Go play dota. This is not even close to a good idea. This is what riot would call an "anti-fun" mechanic. Not only does it take money from you but it also alows you to be everywhere. Shen and tf are banned in most games because of their ability to be everywhere. Giving every champ this ability is ridiculous. TP is already a summoners spell with a long CD because of its a strong ability to have. The only reason its not taken is because of the CD.

Treza you clearly have no idea what you are talking about, Scrolls can only be used to TP to buildings so the idea that you can gank with them is just wrong. It's obviously different from TF and Shen's ult.

Saying it is no risk is also wrong as well, you can die wherever you are on the map. If for example a tower is being pushed and you TP in to defend you run the risk of dying, you also leave your lane so you have reduced farm and xp.

What you guys seem to think TP scrolls are are Boots of Travel in DotA, which are boots with high MS that give you the ability to TP to any friendly unit. However they cost 500 for the Boots and 2200 for the Recipe. That's a lot of gold for boots so essentially only Tinker buys them because of his Rearm TP combo.

Do some research before you make your irrelevant comments.
