What kind of runes should I be using for Jungle Noc? Solo mids guides are a little outdated it seems.

Hm. I would run Armor Yellows, MR per level blues or Attack Spd., Armor Pen Reds. Movement, Health or Flat AD Quints. I usually run Movement Quints tho.

Arm pen, flat mr, flat armor. Health or arm pen quints.

i used arm pen quints attack speed marks and glyphs and Armour yellow and started vamp but i would have to say change the quints to ad or move speed and glyphs with mr per level and if you go with the move speed quints then you would want you marks to be a 5/4 thing with attack speed and ad.
but it all up to you how you do it
