Best Champ(s) (Tell Why): Olaf because he is fierce in lane with "e" spell damage and Crowd control is ineffective with his ult. In general I like the true damage and the ult to chase down carries.

Requirements
1.Be Respectful: I don't appreciate trolls/ragers besides myself. I'd like everyone to be equal and contribute to each opinion. Get along with the team no point if u can cooperate. Age can be great in difference but its the maturity that this team is looking for.
2.Play Multiple Champions: I admit i'm at my elo because of specific champions but we need to adapt to picking different champions. If you only play one champion and it gets banned your screwed.
3.Skype: We need to communicate ya know? Don't take criticisms harshly take them as a learning experience. Have a mic and keep noise down.
4.Have Fun: If you don't have fun I'll kill you.
5.Be Committed: Get on time to schedules and play Everyday (Or Almost).
