I play Kassadin to get my first win of the day in Solo QQ, after that I pick Karma.

If I'm having a really, really off day, I play AP Soraka against easy bots. That is a last resort since the game itself is incredibly boring.

Easier to get fwotd against intermediate bots. You're less likely to get players who don't know how to buy items.

i Play Yorick or Warwick when i want my first win, i know Warwick is no loger FotM omg damn Op champion but he's still hard to counter at the lower Elos

You can get your first win playing Coop vs AI. Consider it a warm up to prepare you for the other four PvP games.
