The issue we are presented with, is that too much emphasis is put on females in the"boob" area. While this is a reasonable complaint to have, you have to see that, you are classifying these same women, and their entire selves, on their breasts. The ones without breasts, are unique and interesting, whereas, the ones with breasts, are boring bland cookie cutter.
Beyond their skin portraits, how often do you really see their breasts? How often do you honestly focus on it? Is it just the mentality that a little line in the middle of their chest is present, makes them worthless to you?
Breasts are only as powerful and influential as you allow them to be. If you are offended by them, you are letting something as shallow as image control your life, just as much as the people who can't stop staring at them.
Play the girl, read her story, enjoy her talking, and pick her based on that. If she has exposed breasts, oh well, it's not an important note on her character.

I don't know why we love boobs. Maybe it's the way they bounce? The way they shine when wet? The nice comfy feel they have when you touch them? All these reasons and many more. Riot understands that the mojoirty of this game is males (god i wish there were more chicks :'( ) and they know what we like, and we like 2 VERY obviouse things! So they draw them, exploite them and show them off just so us guys can stare and go "ahh, that's nice ".

But seriouslly, they're not even real. The cleavage the female champions show is less then a strip tease. They have big boobs but just about never actually draw attention to their boobs while in game (unless you play as Ashe and type in /dance).

So everyone out there who think boobs should be hiden, or they are private, step outside your door and walk down to the 7-eleven. If you don't see a hot chick that's in short-shorts and a "s1utty" (as some of u biblicole folk might put it) tang top on, then you my friend live in the north f*cking pole.
