I'm not sure if this is a stupid question: why are we not allowed to view the champions tab for other summoners? I know I'd like to keep up with who my friends have, just out of curiosity.

This used to be the case, and I don't remember why it changed. Agree that it would be very helpful, especially as we grow our friend base.
