Just speaking out of personal (and past) experience.
As of right now, it is 6:20 p.m. PST. Last week, the sale was announced by 5:30 p.m. PST, and it was a little later than usual. Don't you think it's a tad late by now?

You've raised a rather good point, given the fact that NeeksNaman is the one that's posted the Free Champ Rotation.
Usually, a Rioter from a different server will post the announcements when the NA team is on vacation.
This isn't the case today, it seems.
