Del shakes her head firmly. "I disagree," she tells him, squeezing his hand. "Repulsive... those are the people who would hold you to such words. I know you better than that."

Del gives a small smile- she takes his dismissal to mean that she's made her point, and nods toward the road heading west toward the center of town.
