I've been on the PBE for ages now, but I just got a new computer and need to re-install.

However, any time I click a link for download, it redirects me to a thread saying how sign-ups are only available at the beginning of the month.

I don't need to sign up. I have an account. I just need the launcher.

Is this working as intended?

i got a different computer and i cant download it every time i do it says something direct 3d cant be found or something any help?
