Streaming League games has been something I've been looking into anyways... but I'm confused how this would work.
It seems like there are a lot of minutes required. I'm not sure how I would gain that many followers just starting out. Wouldn't posting videos to YouTube, gaining followers, and then transferring to livestreaming (or just getting a YouTube partnership) be a better option?
I don't see how this would support new streamers, or casual streamers.
I would be happy to create content and publish content casually, but making it necessary to already be famous and have viewers really cuts me out of the process.

is this different from the LoL stream browser app?

I would definitely join in this but busy to all hell with classes so no real time to stream let alone play a good amount of games to stream
