again IP boost -_-?

just a friendly heads up that that the first time they had us vote for these awards, they promised an award for everyone that voted. then they gave that reward to everyone, not just the people that voted, and in many cases people that did not vote got the reward ( a free runepage) WEEKS before people who did vote. then the next year no reward was distributed at all. i definitely will not be voting this time around

Riot gives us an amazing game to play for free. And they only ask that we vote for them and they give us a reward for doing that. What great people. If i could meet them I would shake their hand.

I voted, because you guys are a amazing company that I have stayed with for years

But honestly the reward for leagues winning was not even close to the reason.
If you want to give motivation to people to vote... I would say give more of a reward then that.
Because most people are just going to see it and say. "meh, not worth my time in doing so." I've already heard four of my friends say so.
