So in spirit of business, I am highly unimpressed with your current tactics towards how you present your sales. Every time, it's either next day (which make the most sense. Look at grocery stores, they promote their flyers a day or two (tops) in advance to avoid this kind of extra work and avoid this kind of.....distaste.), same day but in a few hours, last minute, or even in glitchy bug cases that are unavoidable for the most part, late. Imo, Keep it at a day or two in advance, the more fore-warning we (the players) have, the happier we are, but eventually due to the countless number of dummies out that the abuse and use the system, there obviously is a cut-off point to when one (Riot) should announce sales. Again this is just in my opinion.

Now onto the actual pressing matter. Seeing as you had a 'Bonus to our Bonus RP' sale I recently purchased a $25 card. The contents of said card contained a 7 rune-page bundle, Arctic Warfare Caitlyn, and a 225RP float. Had I of known something this important were this close to that sale, I would of waited on the rune paged till this sale EASILY.

Skins are skins, but rune pages let you have more variety in your pre-game lobbies so that you can fill more roles with individual heroes and lets said hero play with your best preferences of runes so that one may have a potentially equal if not, a better or worse edge on whichever hero you are facing against early to mid game. Long story short, what would you use? A general all around rune page set for every ADC, or a more personalized one that works well with, let's say, Caitlyn? I would use the personalized one long before a general all around one.

So in closing, and finally.....any chance I could get 7 more rune-pages, or something desirable as such?

Trying to read your writing is like trying to get a headache. Wait, no it's exactly like getting a headache. Now I have a headache.

Points aren't bad, but keep in mind (regarding sales) that whether they tell you 2 days before, or not until a sale, the fact that you don't know about a sale until it is upon you is inevitable. You just either find out that you "wasted" your RP 2 days before the sale, or the day of said sale.

send a request through customer support, they have resolved issues for me quickly, in most cases within an hour of messaging them
