'Bout freakin time is all I've got to say. Tired of 10/10 people having ghost in 99/100 games.

By far the best summoner, and this wont change that. Just make it a LITTLE bit more balanced.

When I started playing barely anyone picked ghost, it was all cleanse and flash, or flash and ignite. It just became popular when cleanse didnt work on ignite and some ultimates anymore. If ghost was really that powerful people would used it more often back then too.

A couple of percent wont really matter though, just as before people will pick ghost.
