It works with Diana/gragas/fizz and few other mids too. But eve is the more simple.

So i was sitting at 1250 for months and months and with end of season i decided to play ranked again with allmighty new Eve.

Strat:

Pick mid
By lvl 5 go buy your Kage' lucky pick
Push lane and get lvl 6 and kill your enemy if you can

If you feel you cant kill him:
Sneak to bot lane, get double kill

go back to farm, and repeat every time your Ulti is up.

Once you get sorc boots + DFG, you should be able to instakill any squishy, and rape even tanks at that point. Unless they are extremy fed.

Care to not be baited by escapes (arhi, ez, corki...)

Mid game you will one shot anyone you can pick out of position alone.

it also doesn't note teamfight positioning or how to fight strong push opponents like zyra, who absolutely wreck eve.

An eve that cannot roam and loses farm to tower will not be very influential
