Tribunal is lenient in its verdicts, it pardons racism and you expect "easy" to be punished? Yeah it is in the Code but even I, and I consider myself strict, am usually lenient against "easy" (unless it's "noobs easy").

this is a case he clearly should be banned, but keep in mind only the majority voted pardon(not the strong majority) so maybe 51% voted pardon or something like that :/
