I just refunded the "legendary" skins that were not so legendary. So now I has no more refunds lol.

I highly doubt you'll be able to get more refund credits. Be lucky you have a chance to refund anything at all.

Around the 11 red post in the refund thread, it was said riot was considering giving out extra refunds as time goes on to summoners with good behaviour
