Would starting w/ a null magic mantle and 2 pots on talon be viable for any mids who can trade well w/ u like ryze?

Seems to me that if you'd have to build that on Talon, you were probably better off picking someone else for mid. But yeah. Just build it into a Hexdrinker, or Merc's if you're getting beat a bit.

If your both the same skill level, Talon should beat nearly every mid lane there is.
