Is that Sona or a very tall Poppy? Or, more exactly: why does Riot have so much trouble with drawing Sona's face?

PD: Oktoberfest Sona can't work. The second someone feels her ass, etwahl gains another victim.

Looks like another skin theme setup. I liked the reuse of Brolaf and the idea of Barmaid Sona is just begging for my money.
