almost like syndras passive this evolution thing.
I suggest you can spend up to 2 points in each of the evolution path, if you wanted for more specialized effects. Some examples are:
Q: Lv 2-Attack ranged is increased by another 50 and the skills does an extra 20% of the targets missing hp as damage
W: Lv2-After use gain a shield that reflects 20% of the autoattack damage dealt for 3 seconds as magic damage
E: Lv2-On use damage is increased and the target is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds
R: Lv2-Give flat armor and magic resist after breaking stealth
That would allow users to make more choices instead of just maxing all of them once.
