That animation he does for each evolution messed me up the very first time, I was in a team fight when I did it. Never again...

so you balance this guy's "evolutions" but not viktors upgradable item. So does this mean that despite what you say poeple will evolve Q if they level Q first? dafuq riot!

I think they forgot to mention that when you evolve one of your skills Kha'Zix channels for like 2 seconds and you see his claws / wings / spikes extend.
