Rammus is broken on dominion.

Pretty much this, why does every single person who plays rammus only backdoor from the point the game start, to when it ends. Even if they are up 200 they still do it.
Dominion would be an okay game mode if people didn't only play to do this the whole game, and there is no way to stop it.

Better fix!

But in all seriousness... I don't think I've seen Rammus played as a backdoor in a loooong time. He's still a great pick (and very annoying to play against), but usually he's like a weaker version of Kassadin who roams all around the map picking unfair fights.
