[PVP.Net] I can't reconnect to the game

I don't know why I disconnected from the game and when I try to reconnect to the game it shows this message "Unable to connect to the server. If you have a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Please refer to your firewall's documentation. Would you like to retry the connection?"

Can you plz fix this problem?
