Dissonance deals no damage to enemies currently knocked up by Shockwave.

This is actually a very serious bug. Replicated in Dominion and Summoner's Rift; with both myself and a premade playing Orianna (to see if it was a personal issue).

(P.S. This may have been present for a VERY long time, but her old internal cooldowns meant that you couldn't activate the two skills at the same time.)
