Well, I bought Masquerade Evelynn back then when she got on 75% sale and she was considered the worst. WHO IS LAUGHING NOW?.

Obviously the murderer was Vayne herself. She fits all the criteria: She doesn't use void powers so there wouldn't be any trace of void on the body, her bolts cause puncture wounds but do not leave behind gunpowder and whatnot, and she is the only one who could move completely freely around the mansion. As for the motive, that remains to be found out.
