I hope I provided enough information so my 24+ hour wait for a ticket wasn't just for them to inquiry me.. But thank you for posting that you got a response from the support ticket. Maybe now they will notice the problem.

So wait, they are asking for summoner name and all that? The support site I went to asked for that stuff before I could send in a ticket. Did I go to the right place to send a ticket in? The support button at the top right.

All they did is reply to me is the information i gave them already and they told me pretty to check or use pay pal, yet every where else works fine

Update for you summoners. I finally got a response on my support ticket, here it is.

Could you please let me know when you registered the card? There are some reports of these cards possibly having issues with our systems and more information could definitely assist with tracking down the root cause.

However, my best suggestions to you at the moment are to contact the card provider one more time to see whether or not there are any additional blocks to purchases to our store. I do know that Vanilla cards are generally blocked from making online purchases initially, but there is the possibility that after several failed transactions the purchases to Riot Games were blocked as well.

You also may wish to just wait 24 hours to attempt another purchase as there may have just been delays in the activation of the card after it was registered.

Thanks for your time and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Many things are confusing in this, They say they are blocked yet you just need to register them online, They say they take 24hours sometimes yet that has never ever happen to me never once had a problem tell now

I agree, I've been using these vanilla visa just fine for the past weeks until today everything just getting messed up.

So I've done what RiotBok asked me to do and called my card company customer service again. They said there are no restrictions, I've updated my support ticket, pending a response. Please fellow summoners, if you notice anything particular. Post it so we can help provide our Grand summoners more information about this card error so they can fix it.
Must buy things on sale!!!

I really hope the issue is resolved soon... There are skins on sale that I want to get but I can't purchase RP because of this...
