I've played too many FPS so my hand rests at WASD, Space, Shift. I rebound my keyboard so WASD moves, and 1234 are my abilities, with 5 and 6 being my first 2 item slots for convenience.

Hah when I play on my laptop I don't even use a mouse. Just center the cursor and make my left-click my space bar. Spells etc are all controlled through hot keys and camera is controlled through the arrow keys.

I am left-handed, so that doesn't even apply to me. I use the mouse left-handed and use the hotkeys with my right hand. Makes Mystic Shot spamming better. =D
