Whats this about? After your 10 games the massive elo ups and downs are supposed to be over, honestly went 8-0 to 1497, now im 8-3 at 1382. Just not right, specifically mad at the last game, is it possible to get the last game clearly counted as a placement game fixed?

Well you didn't quite clear your first ten games before you lost. That is how placement works. Just be glad that you got out of elo hell. Its your own fault if you fall back in.

The first game has the most fluctuation and the amount decreases with number of games. You will be changing in the 30's then in the 20's for a while before dropping slowly to ~±12 Elo. I think it took me around 60 games to see ±14.

for the first 20 or so games you'll gain or lose somewhere around 40, then somewhere around 30, then somewhere around 20, then somewhere around 10. This is to keep the uncertainty principle from going haywire and having people way out of their element.
