You know... I typed out a really long post, but realized exactly how futile it would be.
So here is the summary...

People have different opinions.
Appealing to your fanbase is not evil (be this typical straight males or ... not sure how to categorize the coalition supporting fat/old/monster/shapeless female characters as it ranges from trolls to feminists to white knights to people with truly bizarre fetishes.
Riot's done pretty well so far. Don't pretend their current skins don't appeal to a large audience. Changing directions entirely for them would be... silly.
There is already a lot of variety in the game. You have to in away expect the amount of pandering to your category to correlate to how large your category is.
Lastly, why does Sej piss people off when we have Tryndamere. Same climate. Same amount of clothes. I don't like Sej because she's boring (as boring as any muscle bound typical barbarian would be, clothes or no clothes), but its stupid and hypocritical to bash her lack of clothing when one of the first characters from the region pretty much already established that dress code.
