I'm just curious because I've never actually closely examined this in-game and I can't imagine one using it to his/her advantage simply because it's so insignificant, BUT...
If you were to lure a minion from one lane to another, would they continue down the lane they have been lured into or would they return to the one in which they were before?

Like jungle creeps, at some distance from their path they just reset their aggro and go back to where they should normally be, so that is quite impossible to do.

I see. I didn't know there was a a distance threshold, I just figured their aggro ran out if they weren't attacked after so long.
