Probably would have made more sense to credit everyone the 290 RP. That way people could buy a 1 day IP boost and use it when they wanted to. Just a thought.

To everyone who complains about livestream viewing....take this from a former major Magic:the Gathering tournament regular.

The tournaments adapted to local times, meaning if hey had to be out of a building by 9pm or 11pm, then that is life for people who may be monitoring the event internationally...While it sucks that you may not get optimum viewing joy from these events, the hundreds of staff of the facilities in use, not to mention anyone else on their schedule, would most certainly take precedent over your need to see live LoL
