No longer count as "Normal" Wins and cant be seen, aside from after winning a game?
Not that i "Need" people to see how many wins i have but as i am most likely going back to almost exclusively playing 3's after the season my accounts going to look like it has almost t\nothing played on it? Not sure why, or when this was changed but can anyone confirm this or show me something with riots statement on it?
Or am i bugged or something. . .?

Previously, all wins in all game modes were counted together. In the Jayce patch, Riot decided to separate SR and TT wins. But since they were all counted together originally, there was no way to pull out say.. the 234 TT wins from your 534 total wins. So they reset the TT wins to 0, and made your previous win total into SR wins.

Going forward, you can see your total wins in your profile, but at the end of a match, you will see your total wins in that mode.
