i think its 30 honour and you get a band depending on what your honoured in, because everytime someone has had the band they have had at least 30.

It's proportionate to games played. I don't know what the proportion is though...

The first one was given out at 10, it depends on the value of the people that honor you.

It constantly changes. As far as I understand the Honor system works on a pseudo-ELO system where everyone has a flat value of Honor points but the top percentage of Honor-holders receive a Crest. I got my Honorable Opponent Crest at 25 HO Honor, but the "requirement" is likely higher now.
