So my friend and I where playing the other day and the amount of horrible horrible trolls around was outragous. After a dodge of a game with 3 junglers on our team, we came up with an idea.. Why not allow for a leave matchmaking vote option?? That would solve everything instead of having just one person take the fall and the time penalty. I know there is a lot of people out there who are going to fight this for whatever reason or other, but I feel like this would help the game out a lot in eliminating Trolling and time wasted in matches doomed to fail. If you like this idea, throw some imput, or if you don't feel free to do the same. I would like for this thread to reach Riots attention.

I just had a guy join my ranked game and announce "trolling" when people were calling roll requests. He random’s some champ and locks in. I have been trying to work my out of the 1300's for a while now so I dodge seeing the inevitable loss to come.
I dodged knowing there was a 30min penalty, but there’s got to be a better way to handle this Riot. Couldn’t there be a vote kick during champ select? And if kicked the champ select chat could be in for the tribunal to read for possible further punishment?
Champ select is where some of the best verbal abuse happens and goes unseen.

Summoner 1: "Hey look team they totally countered us hard"
Summoner 3: "Ya, ur rite. They picked teemo against our 1st pick singed"
Summoner 5: "Plus they have blitz and he is so OP"
Summoner 1: "Alright, we lost this game at champ select, lets just vote out of this game"
*vote succeeds to leave the game*

Other Team: "awwwww...."
