In game 2 you did not ask if you could take cs, you announced you were going to take cs. This is against the meta and not communicating with your team is a punishable offence in the summoners code. What you did affected your whole team and I hope in the future you communicate better with your team. For example you could have said at champ select "Is it ok if i have a tiny bit of cs", or "Unconventional support ok guys?". I hope you come back a positive influence on our community take care friend =).

So wait BEFORE I took ANY CS... I told my team about it... somehow that's not communicating?

Agree'd this is out of whack. This person shouldn't be banned. He was friendly and communicating with his team the entire time.

No, saying "I will take some CS" is even more than necessary. He's just trying to justify the ban for awkward reasons.

Yes, they are. Remember that 1500 elo teleport revive counterjungle Garen with a clean chat who got reported and suspended for feeding in 2-3 games where his strategy did not work out that well. (Just an example case, there were more)

No, he wasn't :-/

He deserved to be unbanned, but his case got ignored.


Now he is flagged by the Tribunal and in a high chance to get another unfair ban again, because the staff does not have the time to care about cases like this and undo it.
