Hey EZ!
1) Have you ever thought about making a character with an anti-support type spell? Example:

*** flings a magic bolt at the enemy. Upon striking them, the bolt deals X damage and applies grievous wounds for 3 second. If the champion is shielded the spell instantly breaks the shield and increases ***'s AP by 25% of the shields value. Breaking shields increases the spell cooldown by 50%.

2) Any way we can see a passive which increases one stat by Cooldown reduction? Something like for every 1% of CDR you gain .5% Movespeed?

Ezreal, Are there any long term plans for Morgana? I sort of miss using her as a tanky AP, especially since her stun duration and ratio have taken a lot of hits, which makes her less effective with a lower AP, higher defense/cdr build. I understand that they were necessary because of her laning ability, but I feel that since her buff she has had mostly her utility hit. I would much rather you have just gotten rid of her passive and give her a more interesting one, or never have buffed soil mana costs to begin with. Her passive isn't even very good on her outside of soil sustain abuse.

Basically, I was wondering if there are any plans to make her laning more involved/less fail proof so that she can get back some of the utility she lost. I miss tanky morg :'(.

Hi Ezreal. How does this sound for a champion ability?

Paralytic Toxin - Champion passively produces 1 stack(up to 6) of Toxin every x seconds. Champion may toggle this ability, modifying their autoattacks to deal y extra damage and applying a debuff.
Every stack of this debuff slows movement speed by 25% and slows attack speed by 10% for 3 seconds. An enemy that has 4 stacks on them is stunned instead of slowed.

To be clear: 1 stack: 25% slow ; 2 stacks: 50% slow ; 3 stacks: 75% slow

Are there any plans for Veigar? If you can't actually say anything regarding plans for his power balance/utility, then how about giving him a new range indicator for his Event Horizon? Something more "donut-shaped" that easly shows the effect of the ability is targeted on it's borders rather than it's middle (also Dark Matter has the SAME range indicator and works just like all other skillshots, so you must admit it's rather confusing for new players).

Also Ezreal, lemme tell you this: You are an awesome guy for staying here answering us when you can find time, if someday I become a game designer of some sorts I'll make sure to give as much feedback to the players in the same way you do, thank you for everything

Edit: Oh I forgot to ask, are there any plans (or at least the possibility) for more donut-shaped abilities like Event Horizon in the future?

Dear Ezreal, I have two questions I would like to ask

My first question is how does riot choose choose what is the base attack attack speed of a champion? I was looking at some of the champions and I noticed that Olaf has 0.694 base attack speed which is either the highest or one of the highest attack speeds in the game. I wanted why he has such a fast attack speed because most bruisers have 6.25-6.70 base attack speed and he already has an attack speed passive.

My second question is why does some champions have slower attack animation than others? An example would be old Soraka because her back swing was so slow that it was extremely hard to last hit with. I wanted to know if this was something to do with balance because some champions have a longer delay when damage is dealt on basic attacks that it makes some champions harder to last hit with.

Yeah, hey Ez, when are we gonna get another champ that can have solid alternate builds like ap/ad kog or ap/ad ezreal or ap/ad master yi or ap/ad sion or... (etc., you get the idea right)?

Personally, I really enjoy knowing that if I play champ A and don't do well with build A then I can try build B and see if that works better for me.

Now, I don't mean something dumb like, tanky dps/pure tank, cuz honestly the only difference is the amount of dmg you are doing, your role hasn't really changed much if you build more offensively or more defensively. Or something like varus, he is ad carry, he has decent ap scaling, but he will never be a suitable mage because most of his dmg relies on his short aa range to get stacks up on his passive. And any competent team will melt a mage's face off if it were to get that close.

Would really like your opinion on this Ezreal

"So i was thinking about it and thought it would be great if you guys did made yourself or did some kind of collaboration with Tecmo Koei or Capcom to do a Dynasty Warrior/ Sengoku Basara style game for the League of Legends universe. If you think about it the overall setup suits the league environment with the three main forces of the Noxus, Ionian, and Demacians. It could be set during the war or after. Im sure you could even come up with a unique system for stages within the league itself. Minions could be the moot troops and the champions officers. Slay the baron nasher for IP/EXP/Weapons to further customize characters. One of the main appeal to games like that is the diversity of characters which you already have. i feel this could greatly expand the stories of the characters and the world. you could even do DLC packs as you add more Characters to the league. I think its the perfect way to expand the lore and the franchise. I would really like yours and other members of the forums,opinions on this as its something that i would really enjoy to see happen."
