One thing I find particularly frustrating about playing ranked games is summoners leaving the queue. This wastes time and seems an easy way our for teams who feel they might lose. I don't think the time penalty is a fair punishment because it doesn't give the teams who do not leave the queue any benefit. can I suggest, to make it less likely that people will leave queues, that leaving be considered a forfeit. As a result the players in the team which did not forfeit should get additional ELO and IP. Your thoughts?

getting the elo and ip sounds good if someone else dodges but u cant penalize the other team with a forfeit due to trolls who select w.e champ they want regardless of what ur team has already selected just cause you "call" out ur role
