Thing about poppy is she doesn't even have to "be played right"
Just survive until 40minutes. Then it turns into clobbering time.
AD poppy V AP poppy is idk tbh.
Poppy can do either pretty well OR hybrid [which is awesome I might add]
Remember that her Q turns all AD/On-hit effects into magic damage [excluding lifesteal]
Which means poppy's Q applies Trin in magic damage, can crit, and scales 1:1 with her total AD.
You can't hardcounter AD poppy with just armor. Not to mention with her passive she can't really be bursted even with base MR, and with her W passive she's gonna have gobs of free armor.
She's a bruiser that builds glass cannon in a sense.
I GUESS she's sort of balanced because she has to walk out of a fight in a game where mobility is the strongest stat.
