lol a DDOS on the summoner icon redeem site

It was so slow when i went on it and it was like 15min or so after the release of the stream code, i went on it a little bit later and site had crashed.
There should be a couple sites that can redeem the code.

Can guarantee you it was not a DDOS attack but rather there was just a severe mass influx of people to the site, more that was anticipated, and thus crashed
