Has anyone notice these bugs recently?

When you bugsplat, your computer felt on the floor and restart, your cat hit the power cut, your dog chewed the power cable, and UFO passing above your house causing temporary electricity failure etc... you disconnect form the game (which is all normal)

When you reconnect, either one of these happens

You cannot see the turret's ownership (near nexus health bar) and how much "hp" they have, this bug is ok going top, but i hate it so much at bot, because its hard to tell if i should waste garrison or not.

You cannot see any champion in the game, and you loose all vision. This includes your own fountain. You cannot shop because you have 0 gold and you cannot move because you have no control. Its like spectator mode without any vision

so just me that's experiencing these or did RIOT bugged something on this map but had been ignoring it too long to fix it?

The towers problem happens every time I try to reconnect. Only had the disappearing heroes one once.
