Being at the elo I'm currently at, I have to deal with a lot of trolls and so do a lot of people. So here's the suggestion: Add a vote option to exit game before it stats. I'm sick of having to leave a game because someone wants to go AD Karthus or something like that. So here I am right now waiting 30 minutes because I didn't want to dive further into elo hell.

I agree I just had to leave a game recently as I'mm supposed to mid and the second payer who still has not responded one word takes Cass and someone else has taken Akali both mid champs. If no response out of the party before the match starts there's no point in staying. Full team of trolls and I get the 30 minute penalty.
