Ryze randomly teleporting across the map, being untargetable

It was lag and you should just post only in the bug report section. A lot of times reds read the bugs but don't actually respond.

Learn to read. His team didn't see it.

How can it be lag if it was fixed when the game was restarted?

It isn't just lag... it is obviously a bug. Agree w/ OP

Hope Riot looks into this.

Either it is lag or it is a bug, one or the other...

I haven't come across this yet and it doesn't seem to be as predominant as the superman karthus bug was so just post this in the bug section and get it done with...

I've seen a similar effect, ryze again. Apparently teleporting and being untargetable. My teammates said they were able to see him normally by restarting their client (perhaps a desync issue?)

The guy playing ryze didn't seem to notice anything, so I don't think it's lag.

One more thing - I have played like 600 games, this is the first time I see this happening. Must be something with the latest update.
