I think a large problem with both Zed and Kha'zix is their ability to wave clear very well. So they can play safely and just farm farm farm.

I think if they had higher ratio's, but lower base damages so that they couldn't farm as effectively at the early game would be a pretty good way to go.

so they could blow people up later even better? That might not be the best way to go about it..

You'd have to way over do it to make sure that they can't clear like they do right now, the akali nerf was "alright" because her Q wasn't used to farm minion waves.

Hey, let's nerf Zed even more.
Let's nerf his W and then Q, as well as E.
Now let's also nerf his base damage so he'll be **** earlygame.
Why not just get rid of his ult all together and give him a new ult that shoots cotton candies.

I think you've got it the wrong way.

IMO They need LOWER ratios/waveclear, but much higher utility and mobility.
