They won't change it because you definitely DID do something wrong. And, since you have been reported by a lot of other people, three days seems reasonable.

I understand your frustration, especially since it's been a while. Maybe toss an @Lyte in here, to see if you can get a response.

There is no doubt the first game I trolled and deserve a slap on the wrist, just feels like three-days is a bit much, maybe an 8 hour ban would of been more appropriate?
