are dodge seals even worth it? you're only in a fight for so long, so would it not be better to get armor, AS or health?

i personally still run dodge in my yellows but crit would be the next best thing because hp/lvl runes are garbage

Twitch's defences are made of paper anyway, the extra ~10hp per level or extra 13 AR isn't going to do much for you.

Just get mana regen/level or crit damage/rate.

For Twitch, I would take

Arpen Marks
Mana regen per level seals
CDR Glyphs
Movement Speed or Flat Heath Quints, probably health.
