Some Rioters proposed today that the Harrowing and Shadow Isles skins should be permanent additions to the store as opposed to Legacy skins that disappear after the holiday, due to both the design of these particular skins as well as well as their desire to make the content more accessible in the future. I can already see some pros and cons, and since the decision has to made quickly, I figured I'd ask GD's opinion.

The skins in question are:

Shadow Isles
Headless Hecarim
Haunted Maokai
Underworld Twisted Fate

Harrowing
Zombie Brand
Teacher Fiora
Pirate Ryze

Some good ideas there Hippalus. I think many people want the skins temporary so that it feels more valuable after no one else can get them

i want them all legacy so i can feel special having headless hecarim in a year when hecarim is the best jungler in the game

Why make them limited? I honestly don't see the purpose except them being personal landmarks for people which isn't generous.
It sucks for people who join later and then main these champs and want to buy all the skins but they can't.

Also headless hecarim and zombie brand need to switch categories
It just fits more with the particles

Teacher Fiora and Pirate Ryze have small changes to their skins, while Zombie Brand got literally everything changed about him. Why is this? Also Teacher Fiora needs at least something done to her particles, as of now she only has a new taunt and joke

EDIT: Nevermind she only has a new taunt where she snaps her ruler in half. Thats literally all she got. Kinda lame imo
