Am i the only one who feels the amount of time should be reduced? There are so many games im forced to dodge because the team im on decided they were going to troll in champ select to force someone else to dodge :/

i understand that there is a cost for dodging, and im in full support of it. but it sucks having to wait 30minutes to play another game because someone else decided to ruin the a game i was trying to play seriously.
