Can we change the attack speed display on the HUD?

Say I have 1.4 attack speed, can it say 0.678 + 106% instead of 0.678 + 0.722?

Why? Most of us can't calculate that percentage in our heads - however, we can add up our percentage boosts from items and passives if need be, so the final number seems to be a better use of that display then the percentage of the increase.
