Unlockable summoner icons?

The game says I can unlock the icons for doing special things, but it's simply untrue.

Honestly, with the art you guys produce and the frequency of which you produce it -- don't tell me you couldn't toss out a few more summoner icons.

Icons are easy, the scaling database for users individually unlocking them has not come yet

Simple ideas:

Unlock a specific champ icon for winning 20 games with them.

Unlock elite icons for each 100 ELO over 1200.

Unlock jungle minion icons like baron for recieving the baron buff 30~ times.

Good ideas, yeah?

Purchasing legendary skins should come with an icon of that legendary skin.

If they sold a middle finger summoner avatar for 900 RP riot would be rich within a week.
