She has no room in her inventory for Void Staff or Rabadon's. She's too reliant on CDR, Rylai's, and general defenses to justify picking her.

I'm legitimately worried she won't permeate the scene. She received no attention on PBE forums, despite just about every poster claiming the same things:

Cooldowns too high
Limited chasing power
Absolutely decimated in melee range
Spiderling vulnerability and too much of her potential damage invested into them

I understand you'd rather release her slightly underpowered, especially considering the Rengar debacle, but her problems are about core playability issues, not just scaling.

I mostly don't like the rappel range... already huge yet in the spotlight she keeps rappeling down to targets that are 150 range away from the skill indicator... Ok I get it, there is a delay and it won't cancel if someone walks out, but still..... seems a bit far to me.
