I'm not really sure what to make of the 'great leader' ribbon. I don't feel that the qualities being assessed (friendly; helpful; teamwork; honourable) could, in some combination, represent leadership. I've no problem with the face validity of the other ribbons - honourable implies honourable opponent, teamwork implies great teammate, and helpful implies a good mentor - I just don't see the rational for great leader.
Still, I'd like to commend Lyte, and everyone involved in the honour initiative and other social systems, for working to improve the community. I hope what you learn in LoL will have applications far beyond it, and we can make the internet a more friendly and welcoming place.
